Role: Technical Content WriterJob location: ThaneExperience: 0-5years- Ideate research, write and edit both long & short-form content on channels like social media, ads, thought leadership articles, blog posts, press releases, emails etc. with the aim to create engagement- Manage and execute content for social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook- Play a role in defining the brand voice and telling the brand story by identifying and being a part of new conversations that increases visibility for WonderBiz Technologies- Create documentation, tutorials, blog posts, release notes, video scripts and more for multiple releases of one or more products- Build content that is both conversion-led and creative, with the aim to re-engage with existing customers and always remain top of mind.- Coordinate closely with the design teams to complement all copy with appropriate visuals that fit into the brand language with clear briefs- Build structures to monitor, evaluate and report on performance of content.
