Job Description

You will be part of a team helping chart our AI strategy and define the problems we are solving with AI. You will help build our AI development and production infrastructure and set our technical standards. To succeed you must become an expert in building AI models and putting them as a product into production.This role is a non remote, for the Advanced AI Engineering team within the Software AI team.

 We are looking for passionate, curious and entrepreneurial AI scientists to upskill our internal workforce and advance our AI research program. We are building collaborations with some of the top software architects in the US and India,alo we want to disseminate the latest AI research across Stellantis. You will be working with a fuming, dynamic and diverse team across individuals with complementary skill sets.

A bachelor/Master degree in IT, computer science, or advanced related field is preferred.
Should have 4+ years in formulating and strategizing AI solutions. 
Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and apt practice patterns.
Extensive knowledge and user friendly in multiple virtual agents alongside SAS being predominant
Superlative analytical skills and commendable interpretation of data. 
Flexibility in shifts is appreciated.

Manage and direct Research and Development (R&D) and processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy.Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit.Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
