Role Overview

The Women's Wear Designer - Fast Fashion will lead the creation of trend-led women's apparel collections, focusing on fast fashion cycles, customer preferences, and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

Design innovative and trend-driven women's wear collections. Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and production teams to ensure timely delivery. Conduct market research and analyze competitor products for design inspiration. Develop sketches, tech packs, and specifications for production. Participate in seasonal collection planning and creative reviews. Ensure designs meet brand standards, quality requirements, and cost constraints.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Women's Wear Designer in fast fashion brands (e.g., Zara, H&M). Strong creative, trend forecasting, and design skills. Proficiency in design software and garment construction knowledge. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
