We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven

Social Media Handler & Video Editor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and producing professional-quality videos that align with our brand vision. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, storytelling, and hands-on editing skills to boost our online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies to maximize reach. Analyze insights and metrics to improve campaign performance and audience growth. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, promotional ads, etc.). Add subtitles, transitions, effects, animations, and background music to enhance engagement. Repurpose raw footage into multiple content formats suitable for different platforms. Work closely with the marketing/creative team to align visuals with brand identity.

Creative Strategy

Develop innovative content ideas and campaigns to strengthen brand visibility. Stay updated with digital trends, editing techniques, and social media algorithms. Collaborate with designers, writers, and campaign managers to ensure consistency across all channels.

Requirements

Proven

2-5 years of experience

in social media management and video editing. Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.). Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.). Understanding of digital marketing, content funnels, and social media algorithms. Excellent communication skills and ability to write engaging captions. Strong creative eye with attention to detail, aesthetics, and storytelling. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
