Omni Sports Advisor

Develop local sports activities to delight customers and boost omnichannel performance.

1st RESPONSIBILITY

I am an Omni business leader who gives my customers a WoW experience across channels (Omni Mind-set)

I greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs. I ensure that I am up to date with Decathlon's products, services and offers across all channels I sell physically or digitally our available products that meet our customer's needs I am available for my customers and my team

Reference:

Utilise all channels to boost turnover (stores, digital) (e.g., Store Online Assisted Sales)
2nd RESPONSIBILITY

I ensure the best in the class layout and availability for my sport.

My Layout is welcoming, and engaging to boost my sport business Ensure customer-friendly layouts facilitate SIBC (Self Informed Best Choice) and fulfil the quick store strategy. I guarantee customer and teammates' safety in-store, with products, stock storage I guarantee our products' physical and digital availability (stock availability and accuracy)

Reference:

Implementing different layout strategies to boost business (CAD Plan, brand recommendations, local strategies etc) Master the tools needed, to give the best in the class offer, display and availability. Ensure stock accuracy (Inventory Management)
3rd RESPONSIBILITY

I create a sustainable environmental impact in my perimeter

Boost eco-designed product sales Boost the share of circular sales (Buyback, Services etc.)
