Develop event concepts, project plans, and timelines.
Conduct needs analysis to define event objectives, target audience, and success metrics.
Prepare event proposals, budgets, and presentations.
2. Project Management
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Coordinate internal teams (marketing, design, sales, finance, production).
Monitor progress using project management tools and adjust plans as needed.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers (venues, catering, AV, decor, logistics).
Liaise with clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
Manage contracts, procurement, and service-level agreements.
4. On-site Event Operations
Oversee event setup, registration, run-of-show, and breakdown.
Lead on-site staff and external contractors.
Troubleshoot operational issues to ensure smooth execution.
5. Budget & Risk Management
Build and manage detailed project budgets.
Track expenses, approve invoices, and maintain cost efficiency.
Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
6. Post-Event Review
Lead debriefs and performance evaluations.
Prepare post-event reports and feedback surveys.
Recommend improvements for future events.
