Role Overview

We are hiring a

Warehouse Application Configuration Specialist

with deep expertise in

Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)

to lead configurations, support implementations, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Lead end-to-end

configuration of Manhattan Active WMS

modules: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, labor management. Translate

business requirements into functional system workflows

and solutions. Customize

RF workflows, roles, labeling, reporting tools

for client needs. Provide

hypercare support

during go-live and post-implementation phases. Act as the

SME (Subject Matter Expert)

for Manhattan Active WMS. Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues in real-time with operations teams. Work on

system integrations (MIF, APIs, downstream & upstream systems)

. Strong knowledge of

distribution, 3PL logistics, warehouse controls (WCS/WES), labor management systems (LMS)

. Hands-on experience with

Java/JavaScript, SQL, Python/Shell scripting, RESTful APIs

. Familiarity with

databases (relational & NoSQL)

and

cloud-based SaaS WMS environments

. Create and maintain

SOPs, process flows, training materials

. Train end-users and ensure effective adoption of system solutions. Experience with

Agile/Scrum (Jira)

and cross-functional project delivery. Knowledge of

Lean, Six Sigma, and supply chain best practices

is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in

Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
