Your Role

As a Software Engineer, you will work on the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. You'll apply scientific methods to solve engineering challenges, contribute to technical design and implementation, and collaborate with teams to deliver reliable and scalable software systems.

In this role, you will:

Apply scientific and analytical methods to solve software engineering problems. Contribute to the research, design, development, and maintenance of software applications. Exercise original thought and sound judgment in technical decisions. Supervise and guide the work of other engineers when required. Build expertise in software engineering practices aligned with professional standards. Collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Deliver accurate and reliable results with minimal supervision. Organize your time to meet mid-term project milestones and objectives. Make informed decisions based on situational understanding, beyond just following rules.

Your Profile

More than 1 year of relevant experience in software engineering. Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
