Attention on the internet is prime real estate. Creators can choose what they want to do with their real estate. A storefront of their own, - renting it out as a multi-brand outlet for other brands- . We are equipping them with these storefronts where they can - tag products- with their Insta & Youtube posts, create curated collections of their favorite products - and - sell directly to their followers.-

What would you be doing?
- Own Branding & Community Engagement at Wishlink
- Developing and executing strategic plans to elevate brand visibility within the Indian creator community, encouraging them to use Wishlink platform
- Creating comprehensive go-to-market strategies and marketing activity calendars for successful feature and product launches
- Cultivating the Wishlink Creator community through diverse channels such as events, seminars, workshops, and partnerships to nurture loyalty among creators
- Develop and expand community and/or Creator outreach efforts.
- Implementing brand strategies to educate existing creators on the best practices for utilizing the Wishlink platform and integrating them into business plans
- Crafting and overseeing marketing campaigns, while brainstorming innovative approaches to enhance creatives, content, and copies for improved campaign effectiveness
- Establishing campaign guardrails to ensure the optimal return on investment for marketing expenditure
What we are looking for?
If you are a content creator yourself- or have worked closely in social media space we like you already.
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in branding campaigns across channels ( experience in e-commerce/ D2C brands is a plus- )
- Creative bent of mind to generate eye-catching and relevant marketing campaigns -SUPER IMPORTANT
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical skills and decision making frameworks to choose the best marketing strategy
- Strong cross-team collaborations with design, social media, and creator team
- Hunger to continuously experiment, learn and implement new things
Good-to-have:
- Track record with proven growth in your current organisation
- Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics to track outcomes, understand user behaviour
- Proven project management skills
- Strong ability to work independently and create processes that scale
