Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams
Carry out wiring of control panels (MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD panels, etc.) as per design.
Ensure correct selection and mounting of components (relays, breakers, contactors, PLCs, terminals, switches).
Collect raw materials, spares and assembly material from store department to carry out panel production
Perform modifications or rework as per design and instructions.
Once panel ready for dispatch dispense raw materials and other spares as per their location
Ensure proper usage of wiring materials such as cables, lugs, ferrules, and wiring ducts to minimize wastage.
Carry out proper mounting of components, terminal dressing, ferruling, and labeling as per standards.
Ensure neat wiring layout and proper cable routing inside the panel.
Report any discrepancies or deviations to the supervisor or engineer immediately.
