: Minimum 3 years in electrical panel / switchgear wiring

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising wiring and assembly operations of electrical

panels and switchgears, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as

per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise wiring of control panels, distribution boards, and
switchboards as per drawings.

Allocate daily tasks to wiring technicians and monitor progress.
Ensure wiring quality, testing, and compliance with electrical
standards.

Troubleshoot wiring faults and coordinate with design and QC teams.
Maintain proper documentation and daily production records.
Ensure adherence to safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.
Guide and train team members for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Strong knowledge of wiring diagrams, SLDs, and testing tools.

Hands-on experience in panel wiring and supervision

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
