Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development

Create

3D wiring harness layouts

using

UG NX (Siemens NX EWB, Routing Module)

. Develop

2D schematics & drawings

with

connector details, wire specifications, and routing paths

. Ensure optimal

clamping, bundling, and harness routing

to prevent mechanical & thermal damage.

Integration & Collaboration

Collaborate with

electrical engineers, mechanical teams, and suppliers

to ensure seamless harness integration. Work closely with

PCB, ECU, and component teams

for electrical connectivity.
?

Standards & Compliance

Ensure compliance with

automotive standards

(ISO, IPC, SAE, J1939, etc.). Adhere to

EMI/EMC shielding, bending radius, and safety guidelines

in harness design.
?

Manufacturing & Testing Support

Provide

DFM (Design for Manufacturability)

recommendations to suppliers & production teams. Assist in

harness prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?650,000.00 per year
