Job Description

About the Role:

A Wireman supports Field Technicians in broadband and fiber installation activities. The role involves assisting with internal and external wiring, cable routing, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, clean work practices during customers site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians during installation and maintenance of broadband/ fiber connections Handle internal and external wiring tasks Route, Tag, and Secure cables properly at customer premises Carry tools/ materials and help prepare the installation environment Check wire continuity and assist in resolving wiring- related issues Coordinate with technicians and field supervisors for daily tasks Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the worksite Follow all safety protocols and wear mandatory protective gear Provide courteous support to customers

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 10th Standard

Experience: Minimum 6 Months (preferred)

Age: 18-35 years

Gender: Male

Mandatory Documents:

Pan card, Aadhar card, Bank Passbook

Skill Required:

Basic understanding of wiring and electrical work Ability to work on field operations physically fit and comfortable with on-site work Good communication and teamwork
