Job Description

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE


4-6 years of Industry experience working in RF design and testing Demonstrates in depth technical knowledge of

RF circuit

and subsystem design Execute complex RF circuit design with minimal or no oversight. Demonstrate ability in Circuit/System and EM simulation for complex RF circuits Capable of using different

RF simulation tools like AWR, HFSS.

Demonstrated ability in RF components like

LNA, PA

, coupler and filter design Demonstrated ability in developing hardware design and alignment documents Exposure to DO/ MOPS requirements. Good Technical knowledge about I/O interfaces like SPI, I2C. Knowledge of Mixed signal design like ADC, DAC, DDS. Must comply with company 6-Sigma requirement and use the 6-Sigma tool appropriately. Good practical experience

of RF equipment like spectrum analyzer, Network analyzer, Signal Analyzer, NF meter, power meter...

Must possess good RF optimization and debugging skill Must possess good decision-making skills & influencing skills Solves clearly defined problems that are limited to assignment work area.
Evaluates and recommends technical solutions based on standard or accepted technical practices

Actively involved in technical session and forum of antenna COE. Must possess ability to think out of the box & propose creative solutions Assists in and becomes involved with improving technical processes and products in own work group.
