Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Wireless Devices configuration

New customer Installation, Point to Point installation

Backup and firmware update

Monitor network uptime and performance, security, redundancy

Daily monitor customer backend

Primary Call Customer for support

Test new wireless equipment and products, document test cases and results

Resolve service problems by providing the best solution to internal teams and customers

Maintain devices regular backups, high availability, latest version and security

Minimum Experience:

0.6 to 2 years
