Job Role

We are looking for an experienced

Wire-Cutting (Wire EDM) Operator

to join our production team. The candidate should be able to operate and set up Wire EDM machines and produce precision components as per drawings.

WIRE CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR:

The position requires the employee to have or learn PEPS software and basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS OFFICE basic knowledge. Applicable knowledge in New Product Development. Knowledge in machine programming, feed, speed, selection of fixture & setting process. Totally responsible for the quality of the end product.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up Wire EDM machines. Read engineering drawings and maintain accuracy. Inspect parts using measuring instruments. Maintain the machine and perform routine checks. Complete production tasks on time.

Skills Required

Knowledge of Wire EDM machines (Mitsubishi/Sodick/Electronica, etc.). Ability to understand drawings and tolerances. Basic troubleshooting and attention to detail. Knowledge of Wire EDM machine operation (e.g., Mitsubishi, Sodick, Electronica, etc.). Ability to read engineering drawings. Good understanding of machining tolerances. Basic computer skills for machine input and reporting. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Tool & Die, Fitter, or related field. Experience:

1-3 years

Salary

?17,420,000 - ?35,200 per month
