About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating, validating, resolving, and documenting airframe designs using composite and metallic materials
2. Performing other duties related to the activities as necessary
3. Working with architects and lighting designers to create physically accurate 3D models of architectural projects currently under design
4. Working directly with lighting designers on the selection and placement of lighting within 3D models
5. Creating design presentations to communicate a project\'s design vision to owners and other members of the design team
6. Working on TCAD simulation and device layout
7. Working on device characterization and data analysis
8. Designing integrated wiring diagrams, schematics, one-line diagrams, and control drawings
9. Designing the physical layout of equipment, conduits, duct banks, and cable trays
produce material lists
10. Coordinating with the construction to produce installation drawings
11. Interacting with engineers, construction, and project managers
