Wintel domain



This position is responsible for operation and management of technology built on WINTEL stack.Main resposibility is to ensure Availability and fulfilment of operations KPI. This roles will be technofunctional role where individual need to understand business application runing on windows stack.

Job Responsibilities



Responsible for manging windows environment. Manage technology stack. Planning system and server upgrade. Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems Ensuring monthly KPI complaince Incident management Root cause analysis Adherence to policy and procedures.

Technical Skills



Windows Server Knowledge



Microsoft O365 administration



Microsoft IIS admin skills



Microsoft Active Directory / IntraID administration



Microsoft Exchange administration



Windows authentication and single sign on



VMWARE administation



Citrix and VMWARE VDI skillset



Ability of windows integration with other platform Incident and operation management



Educational Qualification



BTECH

Any Other (Certification etc.):

ITIL, Windows Certification,O365 Administration
