Designation: Windows Administrator

Location: Kharkhauda, Haryana

Experience: 3+ yrs of experience

Qualification: Degree/ Graduation in IT background

Key Requirements

Proactive Monitoring & Alerts

: Experience in setting up, modifying, and managing server alerts; strong understanding of monitoring tools and server health checks.

Windows Server Administration

: Hands-on with Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022, including configuration and troubleshooting of roles like AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS, IIS, WSUS.

Storage & File Services

: Knowledge of RAID, Disk Management, File & Print Server administration, NTFS permissions, and troubleshooting.

Server Infrastructure

: Experience with Windows Failover Clustering, FTP/SFTP services, Terminal Services, and OS performance tuning.

Directory Services

: Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and Azure AD.

Virtualization

: Basic working knowledge of VMware.

OS Migration

: Understanding of Windows OS migration concepts and best practices.

ITSM Process Knowledge

: Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Service, Change, Problem Management); experience with ITIM or similar tools.

Communication & Documentation

: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create technical documentation and reports.

Collaboration

: Provide support to L1 teams and collaborate effectively across teams.
