Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working as a Wintel Admin or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Active Directory. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus
