Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Wintel and Active Directory Administrator to lead and manage our enterprise-grade Windows infrastructure and directory services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows servers, Active Directory environments, identity services, and endpoint management systems across multiple domains and forests. This role also requires oversight of server patching, ISMS documentation, and cross-platform administration including Linux systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Function as the technical lead for Windows and Active Directory infrastructure; provide mentorship, set task priori es, and escalate issues as needed.

2. Oversee and perform capacity planning, upgrades, and expansion of Active Directory services.

3. Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of new and existing infrastructure systems.

4. Identify and remediate vulnerabilities; support internal security and audit initiatives.

5. Create and maintain detailed documentation including SOPs, architecture diagrams, and technical designs.

6. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance system performance and security.

7. Ensure consistent communication with vendors, peers, and internal stakeholders for all project and operational needs.

8. Provide deep expertise in ADDS, AD LDS, Azure AD, and AD Connect troubleshooting and architecture.

9. Analyze and resolve replication issues, authentication (Kerberos/NTLM) problems, and network trace diagnostics.

10. Manage services including DNS, DHCP, WINS, PKI, ADFS, DFSR, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

11. Administer Active Directory Certificate Services and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

12. Administer Windows Server 2019/2022 and perform lifecycle management including patching, upgrades, and migration.

13. Support application deployments, service restoration, and perform proactive health checks.

14. Maintain and operate endpoint management using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.

15. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

16. Perform Linux administration tasks as needed to support mixed-OS environments.

17. Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informa on Technology, or equivalent (B.Tech/ MCA).

2. Minimum 5 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in managing Microsoft Directory Services and Wintel environments. Technical Skills and Experience:

3. Proven experience managing multiple Active Directory Forests and Domains in a large, distributed enterprise.

4. In-depth knowledge of Ac ve Directory 2019/2022, Azure AD, ADFS, DFSR, DHCP, DNS, and PKI.

5. Solid understanding of Kerberos and NTLM authentication protocols with hands-on troubleshooting.

6. Strong knowledge in LDAP, SSO, GPOs, and Identity Management frameworks.

7. Hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and Endpoint Central (ManageEngine).

8. Experience with patching tools and maintaining ISMS documentation.

9. Exposure to Linux server administration.

10. Strong PowerShell scrip ng skills for automation and task execution.

11. Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
