Web url - www.winmagictoys.comJob Role - Brand Manager Reports To: Business Head - Marketing & NPDLocation: Mumbai, Andheri East, Chakala : - Planning the Annual Business Plan by Category and Brands. Prepare Brand portfolio and assist with the development of overall marketing strategy in line with company objectives.- Assisting with product development, pricing, Channel strategy and new launches for Brands assigned- Drive Brand communication strategy planning of the annual IMC- Involves leading brand content and assets development- Ensure flawless execution of all communications and media planning on all channels, including retail, online - social media, website, traditional media etc.- Strategic Influencer/Celebrity Tie-ups for toy reviews, Marketing alliances- Regular tracking of the effectiveness of all marketing communications and reporting periodically- Foster relationships with the media to provide opportunities for the company to generate PR- Creating and managing promotional collateral for promotions, events, digital content etc.- Managing the brand wise budget for advertising and promotions- Visit stores for Competitor and consumer insights analyses- Plan and drive product training program for internal as well as external sales support- Driving strategizing, planning and implementation of Marketing and communication activities across platforms such as Print, Digital and Social. - Liaison with Media agency, TV Channels, Influencer agency, Digital agency, Event agency - Asset management - ATL and BTL campaign executions in coordination with Trade Marketing team. - Support on E-commerce website development projects - Day to day co-ordination with agency to track progress on the project. - Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities - Should be well versed with all Social Media platforms and trends - Driving communication for our own websites and marketplaces. - Strategizing and implementing brand related promotional tie ups.- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Digital Marketing (ref:updazz.com)
