About the team
This team involved of our technology support Team. Involves in implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business.
What you will be doing
Involving in Production Support
Handles inquiries and resolves issues.
Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
Handles Environmental Impact Analysis, Install Plans and Operational Readiness procedures
What you bring:

• Must have 2-6 Years in Production support in Microsoft Windows application Support and Unix environment .
• Must have experience in IIS, Windows Services, Windows applications & Architecture.
• Must have experience in Oracle, SQL, SSRS, Reporting, IBM HTTP Server, and Apache Tomcat
• Must have experience in Apache Tomcat and JBOSS (installation & Configuration).
• Must have experience in Apache Httpd (installation & configuration) and IIS.
• Exposure to Unix commands and Unix server handling.
• Exposure to Password Management, SSL Certificates Management and Vulnerability Remediation,
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, SAFAL, Bitbucket and Jenkins are preferable

Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of FIS products and services
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Knowledge and Experience in WebSphere 9, JBOSS, OpenShift Container management is preferred.
• Knowledge in ServiceNow (SNOW), Dynatrace, Splunk required.
• Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS, REST Webservices are preferred.
• Knowledge in Networking/load balancer concepts
• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
