You Are:SME I - Semiconductor Product Validation

We are seeking a skilled Windows Validation Engineer to join our team.

The Opportunity:

Create BSP (Board Set up Package) and make the test bed ready. Author Test content for the Validation scope. Execute Performance bench marking test cases using different Bench Marking tools. Perform platform-level validation focusing on BIOS, graphics and other ingredients Firmware's on the targeted Machine. Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure system stability, functionality, and performance. Write Python scripts to automate test execution and improve validation efficiency. Operate and manage automated test execution within Azure DevOps pipelines. Set up test environments, including hardware and software configuration for new platform bring-up. Flash various firmware versions and verify successful integration on the target systems. Collect and analyze system logs, performance metrics, and crash dumps to identify root causes and assist in debugging. File and track bugs using ticketing systems, following up with engineering teams through closure.

What are we looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in system validation, test engineering, or platform bring-up.

Strong experience with Windows system debugging and log analysis.

Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and test development.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test management and pipeline execution.

Hands-on experience with BIOS, graphics, and firmware validation.

Ability to set up and maintain test beds, including hardware integration and software configuration.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
