Description:

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of Windows environments. Apply patches, updates, and security fixes to servers and applications. Manage and maintain backups, disaster recovery, and system restoration processes. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Configure and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMware).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory management. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls). Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
