Hiring for Windows Servers_Hyderabad
Required Skill: Windows Servers(Tanium Admin)
:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the Tanium platform and endpoint agents.
• Perform platform maintenance, agent upgrades, and monitor ongoing system health.
• Collaborate with network teams to investigate and resolve network resource consumption issues.
• Open and manage Tanium support cases for incidents related to CPU spikes, memory usage, and bandwidth impact.
• Support and troubleshoot scenarios where Tanium consumes available bandwidth, particularly at sites with limited connectivity.
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with Tanium engineering for:

o Throttling fine-tuning
o General incident review
o Roadmap discussions

• Assist with account management and provisioning (currently handled manually through Okta integration).
• Respond to high-severity (SEV-1) incidents as required.
• Maintain documentation related to troubleshooting steps, agent configurations, and platform changes.
