Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced

Windows Server Administrator

to manage, configure, and maintain enterprise-level Windows-based server environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with

Active Directory, VMware, SCOM, SCCM, and Linux patching

to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Administer

VMware

virtualized environments including vSphere, ESXi, VxRail, and vCenter. Perform

Linux patching and scripting

for system maintenance. Manage system health and alerts through

SCOM

. Use

SCCM

for software deployment, updates, and compliance. Handle

Active Directory (AD)

management -- user accounts, group policies, and authentication. Configure and maintain

Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019)

environments. Conduct system troubleshooting, updates, and performance tuning. Implement and monitor

backup and disaster recovery solutions

. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance server performance and security. Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

in Windows Server Administration. Strong expertise in

Active Directory, VMware, SCOM, and SCCM

. Proficiency in

PowerShell scripting

and automation. Good understanding of

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

, and networking fundamentals. Knowledge of

Linux OS

and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) preferred. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
