Job Title: Windows Technical Support Engineer (L1-L3) / Senior IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 to L3 technical support for Windows-based systems (Windows 10/11).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Support and manage devices through Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Basic administration of Azure and AWS cloud platforms (user provisioning, VM monitoring, permissions).
• Assist in Azure DevOps activities as required (basic pipelines, repo management).
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base, and SOPs.
• Manage and resolve tickets using ITIL-compliant ticketing systems.
• Ensure regular system backups are completed and verified.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Provide support during shift hours as part of a 24x7 rotational shift model.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in technical support roles (Windows environment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite - Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance policies).
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure and AWS (basic administration level).
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Experience in IT documentation and asset/inventory management.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and use of ticketing systems.
• Experience with backup and restore operations.
• Strong communication skills in English - written and verbal.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Certifications Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Administrator Associate
• AWS Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect - Associate
• ITIL Foundation
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
