We are looking for a highly experienced Windows and Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Windows and VMWare data centres. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge and experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and Networking. The Windows and Network Engineer will be required to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to the team. Minimum Experience: 6-7 years Location: Moradabad (UP) Type: Full-time Onsite Shift: UK Responsibilities: Extensive experience in Fortinet, Watchguard and SonicWall Firewalls. Extensive experience in HPE, Aruba Switching and Routing. Extensive experience in Wireless technologies such as Meraki, Aruba, and Ruckus. Unifi. Strong knowledge of SD-WAN, and Failover. Strong knowledge of Firmware upgrades and patching. Must have experience with routing protocols like EGP & IGP and hands-on troubleshooting experience Knowledge of working in Visio and knows about PRTG Monitoring. Understanding of DHCP, DNS, VMware, and Datacenter Architecture Strong hands-on with Switching technologies, Knowledge of IP subnetting and the OSI model. Experience with Aruba, HPE, Ruckus, and Meraki devices & switches. Understanding of firewall security policies involving objects, rules, NATs, inspection policies, etc. Must be customer-service-minded and tactful when dealing with customers. Windows Server Administration and Implementation. Experience in Veeam Backup and Replication and DR Planning. Expertise in Active Directories and DC Replications Offce365 & Exchange on-prem Implementation and Administrator Creating volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication. VMware vSphere, Multi-instance VMware Cloud, VMware Configuration Manager. VMware vCenter Operations Manager, VMware View, update manager, etc. VSphere 4, 5 and 6, Expert knowledge of VMWare HA, DRS, VCenter, zoning, masking, virtual networking, etc. and should have a high level of troubleshooting skills Firmware and drivers management for Windows servers RAID Configurations and Disk management utility tools The setup of Windows 2008, 2012 Server Edition, Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server Experience with IT Service Management Tools Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a System Administrator and Network Engineer, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, and infrastructure components (servers, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.). Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
