Skills: Candidate with around 6 to 9 years of experience with the below skills.
Mandatory: Cloud - AWS
Mandatory Experience in at-least couple of tools: EC2, Cloud Watch, Elastic Search, Log Stash, Kibana, (ELK Stack), Streamset, Scripting Skills - Python/Bash
Java or .Net (Production support work) experience is a must
Experience in Application Response, Monitoring and Triaging, Application Operations Support and Procedural Recovery
Flexible to work in all shifts including night shift
Experience in Linux / Unix / Window
Application Response, Monitoring and Triaging, Application Operations Support and Procedural Recovery
Monitoring Services - Alerting and Monitoring, opManager, IPMonitor, AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana, Cloud watch
Root Cause Analysis - Triage issues, Identify patterns, Identify dependencies, Identify root cause, Eliminate false positives.
Interventions - Server restarts, Service restarts, Web Host restarts, Queue restarts
