Responsibilities :
3 to 4 years of experience in managing and supporting Windows end points, server administration, configuration, and upgradation.
Experience in O365 application, windows OS ,software installation, outlook and server troubleshooting.
Experience in datacenter management & Endpoint security management.
Knowledge in active directory, DNS , DHCP, file server & Virtualization technologies.
Ability to handle major incident and troubleshooting in windows domain.
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA, Change/Release Management. Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now, remedy will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
