Job Description

Position: Motor Winder Supervisor (01)

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical (Motor Winding specialization)

Experience:

5 to 15 years of relevant experience

Age Limit:

30 to 45 years

Salary Range:

?20,000 to ?35,000 (depending on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and monitoring of technician winders

2. Managing the motor winding production schedule

3. Ensuring quality control and maintaining relevant documentation

4. Stage-wise inspection and problem-solving

5. Strong technical knowledge of motor winding (50Hz & 60Hz systems)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
