: o Having 5+ year experience in windchill developmento Strong fundamentals on Windchill Customization and configurations, reporting framework customization, workflow customization, customer handling,o Strong customization background around Formprocessors, Validators, Data utilities, Form Controllers etc.o Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE technologies - JavaScript, GWT, JQuery, XML, JSPs, SQL etc. o Deep knowledge of Windchill architectureo Experience in at least one full life-cycle PLM implementation with Windchill.o Should have strong coding skills in Windchill Application Development and customization.o Knowledge & experience in Build and Release processo Experience on Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink and Reportingo Good experience working using Agile methodologyo Self-motivated and self-driveno Excellent communications skills and ability to closely work with the customer and demonstrate the solution developed.
