Job Description

Location: Any tier-1 or tier-2 cities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of experience in Windchill system administration and infrastructure. Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill. Experience with server management (Windows/Linux), databases (Oracle/MS SQL), and network protocols. Familiarity with CAD integrations (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Leadership experience in managing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

+ Design and maintain Windchill server architecture (including clustered environments).
+ Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
+ Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.

System Administration:

+ Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
+ Monitor system health and performance metrics.
+ Implement backup and recovery procedures.
+ File server Management.
+ CAD and office workers

Support & Troubleshooting:

+ Lead technical support for Windchill-related issues (server-side and client-side).
+ Coordinate with CAD and PLM teams to resolve integration issues.
+ Liaise with software vendors for escalated support and updates.

Team Leadership:

+ Supervise and mentor Windchill system administrators.
+ Allocate resources and manage workload distribution.
+ Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Compliance & Documentation:

+ Ensure system compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
+ Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and changes.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in Windchill or related technologies. Experience with cloud-based deployments and virtualization (VMware, Azure). Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Now
