Windchill upgrade experience Mandatory At least 2 successful upgrade cycles
CAD-PLM integration understanding Mandatory Required due to multiple systems connected to Windchill
SolidWorks Preferred (Good to have) Useful for integration, not mandatory
Inventor Preferred (Good to have) Add-on skill for CAD linkage
AutoDesk / AutoDate Preferred (Good to have) Mentioned explicitly by customer
