Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end wind power project execution at site
Assist in WTG installation, tower erection, and nacelle assembly
Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with contractors
Supervise field teams and monitor daily site activities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards
Coordinate material availability and usage at site
Implement OEM technical instructions and work procedures
Identify and resolve site-level execution challenges
Report daily progress and issues to project leadership
Key Skills:
WTG components knowledge
Mechanical & electrical site coordination
Turbine erection & installation support
Team supervision & contractor handling
Safety compliance & quality control
Documentation & daily progress reporting
Problem-solving & site troubleshooting
