Experience

Electrical Engineer with at least 10+ years of experience and well versed with 400/220 KV Substation design Engineering.



Minimum Qualification: B-Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering from reputed Institute.



Skill Set / Requirement:

1. Having in-depth knowledge for developing all type of switchyard layout, SLD, plant, section drawing, indoor /

outdoor cable trenches.

2. Having knowledge of various type of Switchyard schemes.

3. Having good knowledge about CEA guideline, IEEE, IS/IEC, and IE rule for substation design.

4. Well versed with switchyard earthing design calculation (IEEE-80), layout, and earthing philosophy.

5. Able to perform DSLP calculation and layout.

6. Good knowledge about SC force calculation (IEC-865) sag tension calculations (IS 5613), Preparation of busbar

calculation.

7. Preparation of erection Key diagram and Bill of material

8. Having good knowledge about all type of switchyard structure like line gantry, bus, beam & column, and equipment

structure drawings.

9. Designing of switchyard indoor and outdoor illumination system

10. Should be able to prepare switchyard equipment specification, vendor evaluation, equipment drawing / documents

review and approval.

11. Able to finalize the LT and DC system SLD etc. and DC system sizing calculations.

12. Should be able to finalize all civil interfacing of switchyard with Civil counterpart.

13. Willing to visit site for meetings and discussion of switchyard related issue at Site.
