Job Title: Senior Executive
Job Summary
The Senior Executive will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in SAP S/4Hana and HR management practices to support the organization's strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Manage HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Handle grievances and facilitate resolution processes.
Coordinate with various committees such as HSE, POSH, and Grievance Committees.
Support plant HR operations and manage manpower allocation and handling.
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws and welfare regulations.
Conduct HR training sessions and workshops for staff development.
Manage contract labor and oversee related administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on SAP S/4Hana.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Experience in handling grievances and managing employee relations.
Proficient in HR databases and reporting tools.
