Ensure proper documentation of all transactions, including vehicle details, weight records, and timestamps. Monitor vehicle entry and exit through the washery facility, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Provide accurate and timely weight data to the dispatch and logistics teams for proper inventory control and processing. Record and report any discrepancies, irregularities, or issues encountered during weighing operations to management. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the weight bridge and surrounding areas, reporting any malfunctions or technical issues to the maintenance team. Verify the weight data against delivery orders, invoices, and other records to ensure consistency and accuracy. Coordinate with the security team to ensure the proper flow of vehicles entering and exiting the site. Assist in the preparation of regular reports for management, detailing weight data, operational metrics, and any incidents. Follow all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe working environment.
