Support sites with safety administration tool & train them on module functionality.
Meet the SLA for the issues received.
Complete daily metrics and callouts from the sites
Consistently monitor customer requests and comply with the process requirement.
Support roll out of new modules to the Business Units.
Take a Deep Dive and investigate into issues received and plan out next step of action.
Undertake risk assessments as required and follow up control measures to completion
Become a subject matter expert in your specific level of competence, while staying vigilant and not disclosing any sensitive information outside of your particular level.
Flexibility on hours worked to cover shifts during Peak and ensure investigations are completed.
Conduct yourself professionally at all times: you maintain confidentiality in matters involving safety investigations.
Provide insights to businesses by Deep- diving into their safety data as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Environmental/ HSE) with Diploma in industrial safety or equivalent
MS excel
Good communication skills (both verbal and writing)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
NEBOSH certification or equivalent
Proficiency in Macro , VBA
