The Opportunity

We are a new medical wholesale and retail business launching in Gudri Market, Sonari. We are looking for a sales professional to build our wholesale division. This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish our market presence. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage relationships and build a customer base.

Core Responsibilities

Hit the Ground Running:

Immediately leverage your existing network of retailers, distributors, and clinics to generate initial sales.

Acquire New Business:

Systematically identify, target, and acquire new retail chemists, clinics, and small hospitals across Jamshedpur.

Full Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales process, from the initial pitch and order-taking to coordinating delivery and ensuring timely payment collection.

Market Intelligence:

Provide real-time feedback on competitor pricing, market trends, and product gaps.

Mandatory Requirements

Jamshedpur Market Experience:

Proven, verifiable experience in the Jamshedpur wholesalemedicine market.

Existing Network:

A pre-existing, active network of local retailers and distributors is a non-negotiable requirement.

Proven Sales Skills:

You must be an excellent communicator and a strong negotiator.

Field Ready:

Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driver's license for daily field visits.

Attitude:

We need a self-motivated and disciplined professional.

What We Offer

A fixed monthly salary of

?10,000 to ?15,000

, depending on your experience. Monthly fuel allowance.
