The Ideal candidate should possess:
 Fair understanding of Retail products of LAP upto Rs. 50.0 to Rs. 500.0 lakhs with prior experience of funding educational institutions; Working Capital experience preferred
 Experience of managing a portfolio of existing LAP and/or Working Capital credit relationships. The number of relationships managed would depend on the geography covered and branches mapped to the respective Sales Manager/Sales Officer.
 Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role.
 Must have working experience with scheduled commercial Bank/NBFC's with 2-10 years of experience along with MBA/CA qualification would be preferred.
Activities :
 Regular Branch/Connector/DSA interaction for lead generation for Educational Institution customers and updates on the leads.
 Updating pipeline and conversion of leads generated by the branches
 Documentation pre-disbursement (Doc collection, legal & TSR, Valuation etc.) and post disbursement, including deferral closure
 Customer negotiation on interest rates, fees and other issues relating to charges
 Leveraging of cross-sell opportunities for customers in terms of Current Account/Term Deposits/Saving Deposits, Insurance, other Assets offering of the bank
 Co-ordination with credit for CAM approval, deferral waiver / extension & other customer requirements like Enhancements.
 Co-ordination with local Ops for disbursement of a case, submission of Stock Statement and other documents as applicable
 Housekeeping including CAM renewals, deferral closure, stock statements, insurance renewals, Plant visit, Site visit, ensure timely servicing of monthly interest/EMIs etc
 Stressed accounts / Exit account management, follow-up
Key Deliverables :
 Leads generation/Business development through Branches, CA's, DSAs and referrals from existing borrowers, current account holders etc.
 Processing of loan applications, conducting due diligence, site visits, ensure compliance of terms & conditions as per sanction terms, documentation etc.
 Assisting credit team through timely resolution of raised queries and sharing of information requested.
 Timely Convey sanction/reject decision to the customer, handover sanction/rejection letter and follow up for documentation.
 Documentation, disbursements, authorization of credit vouchers.
 Punching of new loan accounts in system Post disbursement credit related activities: receipt of title deed, creation of EM.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Cross sell of other asset/liabilities products, investment products to existing group of borrowers managed by the Sales Manager/Sales Officer.
 Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high standard and compliance
