Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their property requirements. - Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers and investors. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct site visits and property tours with clients. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination and closing of deals. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
