Located inside Mumbai\'s Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as a Purchase Manager.Roles & Responsibility :- Managing Purchase Requisitions & Orders from all the departments- Preparing Quotation & Cost Comparison Statement- Negotiate rates with vendors with competitive credit terms.- Manage supplier relations & negotiate contracts, prices & timelines etc.- Taking Approval on Cost Comparison Statements from Higher Authority- Preparing Purchase Order & Subcontracts- Monitor vendor\'s ability to meet demand and lead time.- Develop new and alternate vendors to ensure an adequate vendor database.- Handle complaints, settle disputes & resolve grievances/conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with stakeholders/ vendors.- Analyze and review the bills, orders, Vendors Reconciliation Invoices agreements, and other legal documents.- Managing Exiting vendor & Supplier Relationship- Having a meeting with Potential suppliers & asking them to search questions.- Conducting research to identify potential vendors.- Raising the Purchase Order Invoice Submission and Payments Follow-up from the Finance Team- End to End sourcing (PR to PO) of materials and services required for smooth running.Skill sets required:- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of procurement processes- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in the use of software and Excel for purchase-related tasks- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Location: Goregaon EastCTC: 10 - 12 Lacs.
