Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Wheel Alignment Trainee to join our workshop team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with a passion for automobiles who want to gain hands-on experience and formal training in wheel alignment, balancing, and tyre services. No prior professional experience is necessary; we will provide complete training.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete training on how to operate computerized 3D/HD wheel alignment machines.
Assist senior technicians in performing wheel alignment and wheel balancing on various vehicle types.
Learn to inspect tyres, suspension, and steering components for wear and tear.
Assist with mounting, demounting, and rotating tyres.
Ensure vehicles are safely moved into the service bays (if holding a valid license).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety protocols and instructions from workshop supervisors closely.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 10th/12th pass. ITI or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Experience:
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. A genuine interest in mechanics is the most important requirement.
Skills:
Strong willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
Basic mechanical aptitude (good with hands).
Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
Physical ability to lift tyres and perform workshop tasks.
License:
A valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license is highly preferred.
