Whatsapp Order & Customer Support Executive

Job Description

We're looking for a responsible and customer-friendly person to

manage incoming WhatsApp orders

for our meat store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders are taken accurately, delivery is coordinated smoothly, and their questions are answered promptly.

Responsibilities:



Communicate with customers via WhatsApp in a polite, professional manner. Take orders accurately and update them in our order tracking system. Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries. Handle customer queries, confirmations, and follow-ups. Manage special requests and escalate issues when needed. Keep records of orders, customer preferences, and any complaints.

Requirements:



Strong communication skills in

Telugu, Hindi, and basic English

. Must know how to use

WhatsApp Business

(order labels, quick replies, status updates). Good organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask during busy order times. Prior experience in

customer support, retail, or food delivery services

is a plus.
Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
