Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Campaign Ownership



Develop and lead WhatsApp marketing strategy aligned with business goals and salon-level promotions. Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns at national and regional levels. Maintain a structured broadcast calendar synced with brand campaigns and service promotions.

Team Leadership & Coordination



Lead and mentor a WhatsApp marketing team

, overseeing campaign execution, automation setup, and message design. Assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure cross-functional collaboration with CRM, content, and design teams. Serve as the primary contact for franchise marketing partners across regions.

Segmentation, Personalization & Automation



Build hyper-targeted customer segments by city, language, booking frequency, and service history. Oversee design of automated flows--appointment reminders, loyalty nudges, abandoned booking recovery, etc. Monitor performance of all flows and optimize based on analytics.

Platform & API Management



Manage integrations with WhatsApp Business API platforms like WATI, Interakt, Gupshup, etc. Collaborate with IT/CRM to integrate appointment systems and real-time triggers for engagement. Troubleshoot platform or delivery issues proactively with vendors and tech partners.

Performance Tracking & Optimization



Track KPIs: message delivery, open rates, CTRs, replies, conversions, and opt-outs. Generate actionable reports weekly and monthly, including campaign ROI and regional insights. Conduct A/B testing for message formats, creatives, timing, and CTAs.

Compliance, Privacy & Customer Experience

Ensure all campaigns comply with WhatsApp Business policies and customer privacy standards. Manage opt-in flows, opt-outs, and handle sensitive queries escalated from customer care. Promote a warm, respectful tone in all messaging aligned with Naturals' premium brand image.

Required Profile:



Minimum 5+ years

of experience in WhatsApp or digital CRM marketing. Strong leadership and

team management skills

. Experience with WhatsApp Business API tools (WATI, Gupshup, Interakt, Kaleyra, etc.). Creative, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects at scale. Excellent communication and planning skills.

Industry Preference:



Prior experience in

retail, beauty, wellness, or franchise-based businesses

strongly preferred. Understanding of Indian consumer behavior, regional sensitivities, and local marketing nuances.
