We are looking for a

skilled WhatsApp Marketing Expert

who has

hands-on experience using multiple WhatsApp marketing software and CRM tools

. The ideal candidate must know

advanced techniques to run campaigns at scale without number bans

and handle bulk messaging responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & execute

WhatsApp marketing campaigns

at scale Use and manage

multiple WhatsApp marketing tools & CRM software

Handle

bulk messaging, broadcast & automation

workflows Apply

number-safety & warming techniques

to avoid bans Manage

multiple WhatsApp numbers & accounts

efficiently Segment leads & audiences via

CRM integration

Monitor delivery, responses & conversion tracking Troubleshoot delivery, block & restriction issues Maintain opt-in compliance & best practices

Mandatory Skills & Expertise:

Proven experience with

WhatsApp Marketing Software / APIs / CRMs

Strong knowledge of

anti-ban strategies & number safety practices

Experience in

lead segmentation, tagging & automation flows

Ability to manage

high-volume campaigns without restrictions

Hands-on execution mindset (campaign setup ? monitoring ? optimization)

Tools & Platforms (Any or Similar):

WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API WA marketing tools (bulk sender, chatbot, automation platforms) CRM tools (Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar) Chatbot & auto-reply systems

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

Chatbot flow design Click-to-WhatsApp ad integration WhatsApp catalog & sales automation Reporting & analytics
