Job Description

We're looking for a

WhatsApp Integrator

who can seamlessly connect brands with their audiences through

WhatsApp Business API, automation tools, and CRM integrations.


You'll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing WhatsApp-based communication flows -- from lead generation and engagement to customer support and conversions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both

marketing automation

and

technical implementation

, and can bridge creative strategy with platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Platform Setup & Integration



Configure and manage WhatsApp Business API accounts using tools like

Gupshup, Twilio, WATI, or Zoko.

Integrate WhatsApp with

CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

and

eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

. Ensure smooth data flow between WhatsApp, website forms, and backend systems.

2. Campaign & Workflow Management



Build automated WhatsApp communication flows -- welcome messages, order updates, promotional broadcasts, and re-engagement sequences. Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to design effective message templates and broadcast plans. Schedule and deploy WhatsApp campaigns while ensuring compliance with Meta's guidelines.

3. Monitoring & Optimization



Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, delivery rate, response rate, conversions). Optimize workflows for better engagement and reduced drop-offs. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain platform health.

4. Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with the marketing, performance, and CRM teams to align WhatsApp strategies with larger campaign goals. Prepare weekly and monthly reports showcasing campaign performance and insights. Stay updated on WhatsApp API updates, automation tools, and chatbot innovations.

Requirements:



2-4 years of experience in WhatsApp automation, marketing technology, or CRM integration. Hands-on experience with WhatsApp API tools (WATI, Gupshup, Twilio, Zoko, etc.). Basic understanding of

APIs, webhooks, and JSON

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and customer journey mapping.

Bonus Points:



Experience in

eCommerce, D2C, or performance-driven campaigns.

Understanding of

chatbots, conversational marketing, or AI-powered customer communication.

Familiarity with

Meta Business Suite and compliance processes.
