WhatsApp Automation Executive (Minimum 1 Year Exp. )
WhatsApp Automation Manager will manage, monitor, and improve all WhatsApp-based communication systems used for student inquiries, lead follow-ups, admission support, and automated messaging. The role ensures smooth functioning of WhatsApp APIs, chatbots, templates, and student query workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. WhatsApp Automation Setup & Management
? Manage WhatsApp Business API and automation tools (Interakt, WATI, etc.).
? Create and update automated message flows for inquiries, admissions, counselling, and
follow-ups.
? Ensure all templates are approved and active.
? Maintain FAQ and chatbot responses used for student support.
2. Lead Handling & Response System
? Set up instant replies for new leads (course details, fees, admission steps).
? Ensure that every student inquiry receives correct automated information.
? Monitor response quality and reduce delay in replies.
3. Daily Monitoring & Issue Handling
? Track WhatsApp message delivery, read rates, and failure reports.
? Fix issues like message not sending, template rejection, or number blocking.
? Coordinate with the technical team if the API or automation stops working.
4. Student Support & Communication
? Manage automated reminders for:
